c. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

d. Shipping the Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging, and ship it to the address provided with the RA number. Make sure to include a copy of the RA confirmation email.

3. Refund and Exchange Options:

a. Refund: If the return is approved, we will process a refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5 business days to reflect in your account.

b. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will dispatch the replacement item after receiving and verifying the returned product.
